ExhibitManager goes GenAI

ExhibitManager will launch Mike, our GenAI (generative AI) assistant, in Fall 2024. We have already demonstrated our GenAI assistant at the Swiss Legal Tech Association Conference in Zurich in May 2024.

The ExhibitManager GenAI assistant is leveraging the power of large language models in a secure, private cloud environment. Understanding that the needs of arbitration and litigation practitioners are different from those of their colleagues in the transactional department, Mike is specifically trained to answer questions on a specific case, such as:

  • What was the opinion of Mr. X about the sourcing contract in the meeting of 12 May 2019?
  • What is the difference between exhibits C-23 and C-45?
  • What are the best arguments of the Respondent to contradict the Claimant’s case on quantum?
  • Acting as the Claimant’s lawyer, has the Respondent expropriated the Claimant?
  • How is the Biwater case supporting the Respondent’s argument?

Of course, Mike will answer your questions with specific reference to the relevant extracts from supporting documents.

In addition, Mike will summarize documents for you. A timeline feature that is using dates mentioned in documents is also in the making.

The ExhibitManager GenAI module is different from generic solutions such as ChatGPT or even Microsoft Copilot as all answers will be case-specific and with reference to the evidence available in the case. You will be able to use the latest GenAI technology on all your cases, using the already familiar ExhibitManager user experience. Your case-specific data will be stored in your private Microsoft Azure tenant, which means you will have complete control over your data. Are you excited? We are!

For those who cannot wait: here is a sneak peek of Mike:
